About Leaders Training Centre:
Leaders Training Centre is a leading education provider in Qatar, dedicated to fostering academic excellence and growth. As part of our commitment to quality education, we are looking for a passionate and experienced instructor to join our team and teach Geography, Biology, Environmental Studies, and Travel & Tourism. This role is based in Qatar, and we welcome applications from qualified professionals willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Quality Instruction: Conduct engaging, in-depth lessons in Geography, Biology, Environmental Studies, and Travel & Tourism, following curriculum guidelines and best teaching practices.
• Create an Interactive Learning Environment: Foster a positive, interactive atmosphere that encourages participation and enhances student engagement and comprehension.
• Tailor Teaching Methods: Adapt lesson plans and instructional techniques to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of individual students and groups.
• Student Support and Guidance: Provide personalized support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals and offering guidance on projects, assignments, and study methods.
• Collaboration and Curriculum Development: Work closely with the curriculum team to design, enhance, and refine lesson materials, incorporating relevant real-world examples and current trends.
• Track Student Progress: Keep accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and progress, regularly assessing and reporting on their development.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on industry advancements, education best practices, and subject matter developments to continually improve the quality of instruction provided.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Biology, Environmental Studies, Travel & Tourism, or a related field (required).
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching one or more of the listed subjects, with a proven ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for creating a motivating, supportive classroom environment.
• Adaptability: Ability and willingness to relocate to Qatar and work onsite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Teaching certification or other relevant qualifications in one or more subjects.
• Experience in Curriculum Design: Prior experience in curriculum development or instructional design is highly desirable.
• Cross-Cultural Competency: Ability to work with diverse student populations and adapt to international teaching standards.
