We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Leader to join our team for a major 5-year consulting program with a public sector organization focused on the operation and maintenance of roads and drainage assets. The Operations Leader will report directly to the Program Director and will be responsible for leading consulting and client teams in the execution of operational transformation projects.

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Leader to join our team for a major 5-year consulting program with a public sector organization focused on the operation and maintenance of roads and drainage assets. The Operations Leader will report directly to the Program Director and will be responsible for leading consulting and client teams in the execution of operational transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- \t Leadership & Team Management
- \t Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of consultants and client personnel dedicated to operational excellence.
- \t Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance within the team.
- \t Project Development & Execution
- \t Design and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery related to roads and drainage assets.
- \t Oversee the execution of transformational projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
- \t Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- \t Stakeholder Engagement
- \t Work closely with client stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- \t Provide regular updates and reports to the Program Director and client executives on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
- \t Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- \t Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in operations management.
- \t Facilitate training and workshops to enhance the operational capabilities of the client team.

Experience
- \t Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the roads or drainage sectors.
- \t Demonstrated success in leading transformational projects and managing diverse teams.
- \t Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- \t Strong leadership and team development skills.
- \t Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- \t Proficient in operations management principles and methodologies.
- \t Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- \t Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
