Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and licensed Real Estate Photographer who can combine industry knowledge with photography skills to produce compelling images of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate photography, including lighting, composition, and editing, as well as a valid Driving license to assist in property access and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties, including interior, exterior, and aerial shots if needed.
• Edit and enhance photos to ensure they are visually appealing and ready for marketing use.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand project goals and highlight key features of each property.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment and ensure all shoots are well-executed and efficient.
• Stay updated on the latest real estate photography trends and best practices.
• Assist in staging and arranging properties when necessary to optimize visual presentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Higher Diploma in Related field.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer with a strong portfolio of property images.
• Proficiency in photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and an understanding of how to capture the essence of each property.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work on Mac OS

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D virtual tours and related technology, such as Matterport.
• Understanding of HDR photography techniques and lighting setups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.
• Videography and video editing will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,500.00 per month
