Sr Interior Designer (Arabic Lady) Immediate Joiner

As the Interior Design Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of transforming spaces and exceeding client expectations. Your role will involve:
- Driving Sales: Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their renovation needs.
- Coordinating Teams: Manage and inspire subcontractors and employees to deliver top-notch service, ensuring high-quality and timely project completion.
- Ensuring Excellence: Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, materials management, and quality control.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, address their concerns, and offer innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
- Administrative Mastery: Handle contracts, orders, and administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
- The main task is the sale of design and renovation services in Qatar on the incoming stream;
- Dealing with customers’ rejections and turning them into opportunities;
- Having an urge to sell and succeed;
- Preparation of commercial proposals;
- Conclusion of contracts with the client.
- Training on renovation technologies and calculation of estimates is provided
- At least three years of experience in B2C sales (aggressive sales experience is an advantage)
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive personality and good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Having work experience in the field of renovation, interior design, or similar will give you a competitive edge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR12,000.00 per month
