As the Interior Design Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of transforming spaces and exceeding client expectations. Your role will involve:

• Driving Sales: Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their renovation needs.
• Coordinating Teams: Manage and inspire subcontractors and employees to deliver top-notch service, ensuring high-quality and timely project completion.
• Ensuring Excellence: Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, materials management, and quality control.
• Customer Engagement: Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, address their concerns, and offer innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
• Administrative Mastery: Handle contracts, orders, and administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.

Key aspects of the role include:

• The main task is the sale of design and renovation services in Qatar on the incoming stream;
• Dealing with customers’ rejections and turning them into opportunities;
• Having an urge to sell and succeed;
• Preparation of commercial proposals;
• Conclusion of contracts with the client.
• Training on renovation technologies and calculation of estimates is provided

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• At least three years of experience in B2C sales (aggressive sales experience is an advantage)
• Good communication skills in English
• Positive personality and good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Having work experience in the field of renovation, interior design, or similar will give you a competitive edge.

Must have Qatar Driving License

Pay: QAR7,500.00 per month
