Qualification:

• 5-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience working with Primavera P6, including complex project scheduling.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MEP disciplines.
• Familiarity with construction processes, project management methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and potential project delays.

Job Description:

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information to create realistic project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and forecast timelines for project completion.
• Analyze and report project performance metrics, identifying potential risks and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and work closely with civil, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Support project managers in planning and resource allocation, ensuring that resources are efficiently managed.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting project status and any required adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, making recommendations for schedule optimization.
