We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PRO and Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting PRO (Public Relations Officer) functions while also contributing to business development efforts.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PRO and Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting PRO (Public Relations Officer) functions while also contributing to business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
PRO Duties:
- Oversee company registration, trade licensing, and all requirements to operate in Qatar.
- Handle immigration, labor, and government-related documentation and processes.
- Liaise with various government departments and agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Manage and process visa applications, work permits, and residency permits.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the petroleum services industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Develop and implement business development strategies in collaboration with senior management.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business development initiatives.
- Support other locations as and when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PRO roles and business development within the petroleum or related industries.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Knowledge of the petroleum services industry and market trends is a plus.
