- Production Engineer (Fire Door Section)
- Should be Mechanical Engineer
- Good knowledge with Auto CAD
- Very good knowledge about the different types of steel Doors: Galvanized doors, Roller Shutter doors, Glazed doors, Sliding doors, Glazed partitions, glazed windows,….
- Very good knowledge about Fire Rated Doors manufacturing process
- Good knowledge about the third party requirement for Fire Rated Doors manufacturing like UL and INTERTEK
- Good experience in steel fabrication using laser cutting, CNC punching, shearing, bending, welding,… machines
- Good knowledge about Welding process: MIG, TIG, laser and spot weld
- Good knowledge about painting system using powder coating and spray epoxy
- Good knowledge about the different types of material used for steel door fabrication: stainless steel, galvanized Steel
- Very organized and punctual person
- Hard worker
- Handle and supervise the full Fire Door section that contains 70 employees segregated into 4 teams: Punching, Welding, Painting and Packing
- Follow the planning and implement it on the production area
- Prepare the design and the BOM for all new designs
- Prepare the fabrication process for all new designs
- Prepare the routing of each new job with related time frame for each step
- Ensure the smooth running of work and the availability of related raw material
- Ensure the best use of the manpower
- Respect the given Delivery time and ensure the good quality of the product
- Ensure the application of the Lean Manufacturing on the working area
Experience:
- Fire Doors: 2 years (Preferred)
