Project Manager - Core Banking (Arabic) for Qatar

We are looking Project Manager (Arabic) - Banking for Qatar.

Domain: Banking
Minimum of 5+ years' experience as PM in a bank.
Expertise in project implementation/full project life cycle.
Implemented projects on Core banking, Payments, Cards, RPA, BPM, etc.
Well-versed on Waterfall and Agile project implementation methodology
Solid experience of process mapping/process re-engineering
Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis
Change Management Methodology – proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies
Operational or change experience in the asset management industry
Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Change Management Implementation - Being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing co-ordination, test planning and execution
Strong academic record coupled to good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
English/Arabic speaker
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
Experience:

Core banking: 3 years (Preferred)
Payments: 3 years (Preferred)
Cards: 3 years (Preferred)
RPA, BPM: 2 years (Preferred)
