Key Responsibilities:

• Property Sales: Manage the complete sales process, from initial client meetings to closing transactions.
• Property Sourcing: Identify and secure new properties for listing to broaden the range of available options for clients.
• Client Networking: Develop and maintain an extensive network of potential buyers and sellers.
• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate sale terms, ensuring all parties are satisfied and that the transactions comply with legal requirements.
• Market Insight: Conduct regular market research to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and strategies that attract quality leads.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a sales agent in the real estate sector.
• Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Languages: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• License Requirements: Valid Qatari real estate license and driving license are mandatory.

• Sales Volume: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead Conversion Rate: Maintain a high percentage of leads converted to sales.
• Client Retention: Ensure repeat business and client referrals.
• Average Deal Size: Increase the average value of sales transactions.
• Time-to-Sale: Shorten the average time taken to close property sales.
• Client Communication Engagement: Reach a set number of calls, follow-ups, and emails daily to nurture leads and maintain engagement with both current and prospective clients.
• Property Sourcing Efficiency: Achieve a monthly target for sourcing new properties for sale.
