ob Description:
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will work independently on a commission basis, earning 50% of the commission from each transaction you close.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Market Research: Stay informed about current market conditions, property values, and trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
• Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, including photographing and marketing properties to attract potential buyers or renters.
• Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms of the transaction.
• Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation required for property transactions.
• Networking: Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the transaction process.

Requirements:

• Valid QID: Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID.
• Experience: Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory. A strong willingness to learn and a passion for the industry are essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation: Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Technology: Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus.

Compensation:
