The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs o. This role involves collaborating with department managers to understand their hiring requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. The Recruiter ensures that the bank’s workforce is aligned with its strategic goals by filling positions with qualified individuals who meet the bank's standards for professional and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates from diverse sources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
2. Candidate Sourcing
- Utilize various channels to source candidates, including online job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Engage in proactive outreach and employer branding efforts to attract high-quality talent.
3. Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes, applications, and cover letters to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates in collaboration with hiring managers and department heads.
4. Candidate Management:
- Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on the recruitment process and feedback.
- Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations during the recruitment and hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
6. Onboarding Support:
- Work closely with the Human Resources department to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Assist in the preparation of employment offers and negotiation of terms where necessary.
- Ensure all required pre-employment documentation and screenings are completed before the candidate’s start date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of banking roles and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
