Job Description

The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for analyzing recruitment data, assessing the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and providing insights to optimize the hiring process. This role involves tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets. The Recruitment Analyst collaborates with recruitment managers to ensure data-driven decisions are made to enhance recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate satisfaction.
• Collaborate with recruitment managers to provide insights that improve recruitment processes.
• Track key recruitment performance indicators and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Support the recruitment team in developing data-driven strategies to meet hiring targets.

  • KPI: Achieve a 95% offer acceptance rate by analyzing candidate preferences and improving the offer process.
• Stakeholder Engagement:

Skills

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting and evaluating recruitment data.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment analytics or HR analytics.
• A No Objection Certificate (NOC) may be required from the current or previous employer, if applicable.
• Valid QID (Qatar ID)
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
