Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital and Creative Content Marketing Manager to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies and creating engaging content to enhance our brand presence across various online platforms.

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital and Creative Content Marketing Manager to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies and creating engaging content to enhance our brand presence across various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, website, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels. This includes photography, videography, graphic design, and written content.
- Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and posting regular content, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage with customers online, respond to inquiries, and manage online reviews and feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong creative and visual skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve digital marketing strategies.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per month
