Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and experienced Restaurant Marketing Manager who is fluent in Arabic and skilled in food content creation and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our restaurant's brand, engage customers, and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the restaurant industry, excellent digital marketing skills, and the ability to create compelling food-related content.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the restaurant’s brand and offerings.
• Identify target markets and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach these audiences.
• Manage and optimize the restaurant’s online presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Utilize SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising to drive traffic and increase online reservations.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
• Create visually appealing and engaging content related to the restaurant’s menu, specials, and events.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to capture high-quality photos and videos of dishes.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all digital platforms.
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and community organizations.
• Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and community outreach.
• Act as the spokesperson for the restaurant in Arabic and English-speaking markets.
• Work closely with the restaurant’s management team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
• Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and email marketing software.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality food content (photography and videography).
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of food styling and food photography techniques.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
