Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our services to potential clients, closing deals, and nurturing client relationships. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and networking.Present and pitch Ace Creatives' services to prospective clients effectively.Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored proposals and strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and business development.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong experience in client relationship management.Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry.Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with a competitive commission structure. There is no basic salary; however, the earning potential is significant based on performance.
