- Verifying receipts to confirm that they align with orders.
- Pricing and auditing invoices
- Ensuring that daily invoices are sent to customers without errors.
- Auction Invoicing and Issuing discount notices where applicable.
- Following up on financial transactions related to sales.
- Ensuring that payments received from customers match cashier records.
- Entering daily sales and financial data into the system.
- Contributing to monthly reconciliations with the cashier to ensure accounts match the respective centers.
- Managing returns and ensuring they are entered accurately into the system.
- Coordinating with warehouse employees to confirm correct data entry.
- Contributing to necessary accounting reports related to sales, such as returns, customer withdrawals, and inventory status.
- Following up on daily center invoices, especially for group transactions.
- Entering auction-related payments into the system.
- Ensuring discount notices sent to auctions are followed up on properly.
- Working on daily Accounting Vouchers.
