As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our services to prospective clients, all while building relationships and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell our services.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular communication.
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by gathering key information and assessing their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product improvement or new sales strategies.
• Follow-Up: Follow up on initial calls to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns and support promotional initiatives.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in the same field is a plus but not required.
