The Role
Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Market Research: - Monitor market trends and competitor activities. - Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings. Product Promotion: - Present and promote food products to clients, including samples and marketing materials. Sales Reporting: - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance. - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product launches. - Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. Training and Development: - Stay updated on food industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge. - Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills.
Requirements
Educational Background: - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Additional certifications in sales or food safety can be beneficial. Experience: - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food industry. - Familiarity with food products, market trends, and consumer preferences. Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills ( ENGLISH) - Negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to analyze market data and consumer behavior. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge: - Understanding of Qatar Market and Food Standards Personal Attributes: - Results-oriented mindset. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
