Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the HORECA sector in Qatar. This role involves promoting our diverse product range, including Rice, Hazelnut Spreads, Oils, Tissues, Maxi Rolls, and Interfold Tissues, to high-potential clients within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new HORECA customers and grow existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets aligned with the company's growth goals
• Conduct regular visits to current and potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Track sales activities, manage customer profiles, and report on market conditions and competitor actions
• Work closely with management to align on strategy and weekly/monthly client meetings
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and achieve assigned sales targets

Education and Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required

Experience

• 2-3 years of sales experience within FMCG, specifically in the HORECA sector
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining customer accounts
• Experience in a startup or growth-driven environment is a plus

Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Self-driven, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Customer-focused mindset with multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in English, with Arabic, Hindi, and Malayalam as added advantages
• Valid Qatar or GCC light vehicle driving license required
