We envisage success in this role to include;

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15+ years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering from an accredited University or College program.

In-depth understanding of PPP development and procurement procedures, design management, tender preparation, independent certification engineer services, design review, risk register, tender evaluation, technical due diligence, handover etc.
Demonstrable track record in the delivery of multiple PPP projects. Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with various project stakeholders.
