Sewing Instructor (Female Only)

Job Title: Sewing Instructor
Company: coursesindoha
Location: Doha, Qatar
coursesindoha is a creator training center based in Doha, Qatar. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Sewing/Tailoring Instructor Female to join our team. The Sewing Instructor will work closely with the Education/Operations Manager to create and deliver engaging sewing classes and workshops.
Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver sewing courses and workshops that are engaging, informative, and cater to different skill levels.
Ensure that course materials and equipment are prepared and ready for each class.
Provide hands-on instruction to students, helping them to develop their sewing skills and techniques.
Provide constructive feedback to students and assist them in identifying areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Work closely with the Education/Operations Manager to develop new course materials and improve existing ones.
Help to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to attract new students.
Participate in training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Degree, Diploma or Certification in Fashion Design, Tailoring, Textiles, or related field.
At least 2-5 years of solid professional experience in sewing.
Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, patterns, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Passionate about sewing and teaching to kids, teens and adults learners.
