Job Description: Site Supervisor - Aluminum and Façade
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to aluminum and façade installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Manage and direct site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices on-site.
• Liaise with clients, addressing any concerns or changes to project scope.
• Prepare reports on project status, including timelines and budget adherence.
• Train and mentor junior staff and new hires on installation techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in site supervision, particularly in aluminum and façade projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have a valid Qatar driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
