Position Overview:
As the Sous Chef in our bakery, you will play a key role in our culinary operations, assisting the Head Baker in the creation of a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. Your expertise and creativity will help us elevate our offerings and maintain our high standards of quality.

Position Overview:
As the Sous Chef in our bakery, you will play a key role in our culinary operations, assisting the Head Baker in the creation of a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. Your expertise and creativity will help us elevate our offerings and maintain our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of all bakery items, including breads, pastries, and specialty desserts.
- Collaborate with the Head Baker to develop new recipes and seasonal menus.
- Ensure the bakery operates efficiently by overseeing staff during shifts, delegating tasks, and maintaining a positive team environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the bakery, following all health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering their development in baking techniques and best practices.
- Participate in quality control, ensuring all products meet our high standards before reaching customers.
- CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role, with a focus on artisan techniques.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking processes and equipment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with flavors and techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
