Job Purpose:
Robusta Coffee Co.(Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters) is seeking a motivated Branch manager in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets.
Manage the team, maximize productivity and ensure quality consistency across each branch.
Provide functional assistance and direction to the operations employees as assigned, and actively participate in the branches strategic and marketing plan.
Assist in the training, development and progression of employees.
Skills:
Extensive coffee knowledge or the ability to obtain product knowledge.
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager operations in Coffee Retail
BSc/BA or Diploma in Hotel Management
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Locally available candidates preferred.
