Job Summary
The Female Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that goods are properly stored and accounted for. This role will involve physical handling of goods, receiving and dispatching orders, and maintaining detailed records of inventory.

This role will involve physical handling of goods, receiving and dispatching orders, and maintaining detailed records of inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, purchase orders, and sales records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order details and ensure that items are correctly packaged and labeled.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery of orders.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure that goods are stored in designated locations and that storage areas are properly labeled.
- Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Data Entry:
- Accurately input inventory data into the company's computer system.
- Generate reports and provide information as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Experienced in Fashion brands clothing and luxury brands is a plus
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, has experience in collaboration with VIP clients.
- With Valid Qatar residence ID and transferrable visa or with NOC.
