About the Event:

We are seeking experienced Ticket Access Control Staff to manage and ensure smooth access control for event attendees. If you have relevant experience from major international sports events held in Qatar, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure secure and efficient ticket access control at the event entrance.
- Verify ticket validity and provide assistance to attendees as required.
- Direct guests to the correct seating areas and ensure compliance with event protocols.
- Work closely with security and event management teams to maintain crowd control and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or questions from event-goers.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience is a MUST. We are seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- FIFA World Cup (Qatar 2022)
- AFC Asian Cup
- Arab Football Cup
- Moto GP
- Formula 1 Grand Prix
- Any other high-profile sporting events in Qatar or similar international events.
- Previous ticketing, crowd control, or security-related experience at large events.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the event.
