Implement and maintain authentication protocols, including Kerberos, LDAP and SSO
Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure security policies are enforced
Configure Azure AD features like MFA, Conditional Access and synchronize with on-prem AD via Azure AD Connect
Oversee Active Directory replication, ensuring data consistency and resolving replication issues
Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) efforts and ensure compliance with security standards
Troubleshoot Active Directory issues, manage disaster recovery, and implement backup strategies
Plan and execute AD migrations, upgrades, and hybrid cloud integrations

Qualifications
QualificationsQualifications

7 years of Active Directory experience (including 3 years in Azure AD)
Advanced level of German and English
Expertise in hybrid AD environments, IAM, and security best practices
Design, deploy, and manage on-premises and cloud-based (Azure AD) Active Directory environments
Strong Power Shell scripting and automation skills
Proven troubleshooting skills, including replication issue resolution and disaster recovery

Nice-to-have:

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator)

Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: Unlimited
