We are hiring for a Content Moderator role with Japanese & English!
You will be working in a new team serving ︀︋︇️︄︊︉︋︂︆︄︄︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎our global client, a world-leading social media platform that allows users to create and browse videos.

What we expect:
Medium level of Japanese and English
Experience with Japanese culture and slang will be considered a plus
Experience within data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus
Availability to work full-time rotating shifts, 08:00 - 22:00, Monday - Sunday
Work from home, anywhere in Romania
Great attention to details

Your daily responsibilities as a Content Moderator will include:

Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the client's processes, policies and guidelines
Responding to the client's inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
