About the job Business Accountant
We are excited to partner with a global client, a prestigious Japanese company dedicated to advancing industrial automation and software solutions worldwide, in finding a talented Business Accountant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately register and control financial transactions to support reliable data compilation and reporting processes.
- Perform end-to-end accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Record to Report (RTR) activities.
- Review monthly General Ledger (GL) transactions, particularly in areas like AP, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct verification and reconciliation of various vendor and GL accounts.
- Support month-end activities, including preparing reports and assisting with closing procedures.
- Oversee and coordinate intercompany transactions and perform periodic reconciliations.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external auditors to ensure a smooth and effective audit process.
- Foster strong relationships with senior business managers and teams across the organization.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, ideally in a similar role.
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics.
- Fluency in English (additional foreign languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with SAP is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

- Adaptability and a positive outlook, with a strong desire for continuous learning and development.
