- Manage requests for data sets, including test strategies, functionalities, and HMI testing.
- Analyze incoming data set requests, identify requirements, and determine the actions needed to produce them.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to set up prerequisites like authorizations, access, and business investigations.
- Oversee the industrial production of data, manually enter complex datasets (JDDs), and track progress.
- Address HMI incidents related to data set production and ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver, reserve, and return datasets as needed, ensuring efficient data flow.
- Provide insight into tooling projects related to data production, duplication, or anonymization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of dataset production processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Present financial and operational reports on data set requests, and participate in monitoring committees to recommend improvements.
- Previous experience in support roles or business analysis, especially in data management.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs, analyze complex requests, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills to ensure clear instructions and status updates.
- Ability to think critically and proactively manage challenges.
- A collaborative team player who is curious, proactive, and always looking to improve.
- Rigorous and organized, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Fluent in French is essential.
- Familiarity with banking systems and functional case analysis is a plus.
