- Ensuring the interface between the collaborators from Corporate and RO and the automation developers
- Analyzes the processes that are desired to be automated as well as the new ones
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the processes that want to be automated as well as the new ones within finance and business services -Corporate and RO in order to propose simplification and automation solutions
- Propose technical options in order to choose the most appropriate way to build a report, depending on the client's need
- Ensuring customer support for improving reports
- Together with the automation developers,builds the technical, functional and user methodology / documentation for the automation projects, in order to ensure their traceability
- Together with automation developers planning proposals for automation projects
- Drafts in writing the functional documentation of new / automated processes and for automated processes, the technical documentation and the user guide, all in the specific forma
- Accompany the jobs from the FBS function in the development or updating of the Corporate and/or other request reports
- Experience in automation projects (RPA/VBA) as a business analyst
- Capacity for quantitative and qualitative analysis of processes
- The ability to listen and understand the points of view of the different interlocutors
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work transversely
- Autonomy, rigor, initiative, ability to adapt to multiple interlocutors and various situations
- Orientation towards the client and towards results
