- Capture, analyze and translate business requirements accurately and translated into technical specifications;
- Lead projects to deliver critical business and compliance functionality, ensuring stakeholder engagement;
- Drive continuous improvement through automation & data analytics;
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance operational excellence;
- Delivering high quality services in order to meet/ exceed customer’s expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts;
- Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements;
- Manage data confidentiality and quality, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies;
- Identifying best approaches for the day to day operations in order to continuous improving the activity;
Candidate’ profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; postgraduate studies a plus;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Data Management and Reporting;
- Professional qualifications in order management, supply chain, logistics;
- Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel, SQL, SAP Hana, and Power BI;
- Experience in data management, reporting, and designing business solutions;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong planning and organizational skills, proactive and self-motivated;
- Effective communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently;
