What we’re looking for:
- Analizeaza cu usurinta diferite situatii financiare, cifrele ti-au fost mereu prietene si le poti urmari cu usurinta.
- Empatia este al doilea sau nume si isi doreste sa ajute clientul (intern sau extern).
- Este deschis in a ajuta colegii(teamplayer).
What you’ll be doing:
- Asigura si mentine nivelul calitativ al serviciilor pentru toate activitatile efectuate;
- Promoveaza imaginea companiei prin atitudine, cunostiinte si orientare catre client;
- Genereaza/arhiveaza si urmareste procentele de recuperare pentru notificarile de plata;
- Ofera informatii si solutii financiare clientilor privind termenele de plata la o linie special dedicata;
- Verifica si monitorizeaza traficul clientilor prin analizarea rapoartelor de trafic voce/date.
- Stabileste si negociaza conditii de plata pentru debitori, amanari de plata, plati esalonate.
- Colaboreaza cu departamentul financiar/ reconcilliation/ contabilitate pentru a corecta situatia financiara a clientului;
- Ofera clientilor si echipei de vanzare informatii corecte si complete privind situatia financiara a clientului: datorie, facturi, reglari financiare;
- Urmarirea angajamentelor de plata si executarea de actiuni de escaladare conform procedurii de recuperare a datoriilor
