Business Development Manager

- Support and actively work with Samsung local subsidiary for LED and LFD, B2B market grow.
- Identify and approach new customers, open new opportunities, develop new business models based on directions and strategy of Enterprise Business Team division.
- Be responsible and focused on generating demand from end users.
- Liaising between different Samsung departments, channel partners and agencies to ensure smooth execution of new businesses, overlooking “proof of concept” projects’ implementation, defining strategies and action plans across the sales and marketing value chain, and closely liaising within the Samsung Community.
- Arrangement of coordinating joint business plans, supply chain improvements, tracking competitor activities, and securing wins.
- Provision of all the necessary business reporting and insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring close monitoring of business development.
- Expertise in Solution Selling and/or Value-Based Sales methodologies, hardware/software preferably in IT or similar - minimum 3-5 years
- Background in an international organization - min 2 years, and proven successful track in previous jobs
- Capability in pitching "C" and "C-1" levels
- Capability to formulate and document strategies for products/verticals
- Proficiency in English, MS Office (Power Point & Excel)
- Excellent communicator – Public Speaking experience is considered a plus
- Familiarity with B2G contracts and EU-funded projects will be strong plus
- Strong time management and self-management skills
- Passionate to work with new technologies
- Strongly orientated on success and motivated to deliver desired results
- Like to work in a dynamic environment and is open for changes
- Willing to travel up to 40/50% of the time - under normal circumstances

- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
- Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a Ph D without experience
