Client Support Representative - Health Insurance

What can you expect?
- Receiving requests from customers, by phone and email
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, explaining insurance policies and procedures, assisting with claims processing, and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits
- Tracking the resolution of claims files
- Recording interactions in the database
- Preparation of reports
What you need to have:
- Experience in customer relations, in the medical field - minimum 6 months
- Insurance knowledge/experience is a plus
- Higher education
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Knowledge of English (at least intermediate level)
- Good understanding of new technologies and a genuine curiosity in this area.
- Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills
- Good conflict management skills
- Positive attitude and customer orientation
- Initiative and enthusiasm
