The activity is carried out from their offices in Sofia, Bulgaria

Main responsibilities:
a^(TM) Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions through various channels;
a^(TM) Manage different requests and provide accurate information about products and services;
a^(TM) Guide users through account creation, password recovery, and profile updates;
a^(TM) Collaborate closely with colleagues across the entire international business.
