Coffee Business Manager

The main purpose of this role is to develop the coffee business in CCH (for Costa Coffee & Caffé Vergnano) in a profitable way, by looking for and implementing new distribution and sales channels to the end consumer.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads a high-performing team through transparent communication, empowerment of people, effective performance management and capability development.
- Delivers the targets in the business plan securing sustainability from top to bottom lines (Manages the P&L of the category and has full ownership of the results).
- Monitors business indicators for all commercial channels.
- Sets the directions and develops the annual sales/business plans for the coffee category.
- Maintains and supervises the equipment and its profitability in the market.
- Builds the CAPEX procurement plan (coffee machines and equipment) based on the expansion strategy.
- Ensures the delivery of the marketing plan (ATL and BTL) and its implementation/ monitoring.
- Coordinates the alignment between the main stakeholders (local & group and brand partners) on the coffee business plans and their implementation.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in commercial function in the Coffee industry
- Planning, organization and presentation skills
- Senior stakeholder management skills
- Financial acumen, sales and negotiation skills
- Decision making, persuasion, customer orientation
- Results-oriented, strong analysis and synthesis skills
- Bachelor's degree
- English – advanced level
