What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor on our team, you will:

Help customers with questions throughout the buying process and finds the best solution for their needs and helps customers after they purchase the products

Provide extraordinary assistance to customers who contact you via inbound calls and/or emails. When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation and give advice or a solution on the spot.

Provide accurate information about the product the customer wants to buy

Achieve goals set out on a quarterly basis while providing excellent customer experience

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are proficient or bilingual in Polish (C1) and English (B2)

Have European citizenship or work permit in Romania

Love helping people and enjoy making them feel special

Have a positive and dedicated attitude

Are available to work Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
