Currently expanding, we are looking for an experienced “Customer Service” person, working full-time or part-time, in our office in Bucharest.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Independent order processing and organization of transports (import- and export processing)
• Organization and administration of samples for customers
• Regular communication with customers and suppliers; send and follow up on information and contract documents
• Support of the Sales Teams and preparation and sending of calculations and sales offers
• Monitor the timeliness of the payments to suppliers and other counterparties of the company
• Continuous documentation of all activities in the ERP system (JD Edwards) and in our CRM database (Salesforce)
• Ordering / warehouse optimization
• Complaints processing

Competences and Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service and / or Logistics in international companies
• Fluent Romanian and English language skills
• Experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce is an advantage
• High level of self-management and accountability
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Good computer skills
