What you will enjoy doing

• You will be developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure qualitative service
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Further, you will ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• You will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation
• You will process activities such as: contract management, customer master data, pricing management,
  invoicing, credit debit limits, support for order management

What makes you great

• You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2-C) and medium level of English language
• Further, good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) is required in this role
• Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
• You have customer support / customer service experience
• Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
• You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
