Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Handle communication via emails, tickets, and chats to address customer issues.
• Provide information to existing customers and prospects through email, tickets, and chats, ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently.
• Ensure strong client retention by offering excellent customer support and identifying potential services or products that may suit their needs.
• Effectively manage complaints, ensuring they are properly documented, confirmed, and resolved.
• Maintain a responsible and reliable attitude, adhering to the daily operational plan.
• Handle customer interactions in a professional, efficient manner.
• Update customer databases and document service interactions for future reference and campaigns.
• Escalate recurring issues to the team manager or relevant department.

Typical Qualifications:
Language Proficiency:

• Native or advanced level in Slovak.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Slovak.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High motivation with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills.
• Effective decision-making abilities.
