Cyber & IT Risk Management Specialist @MMC Tech

We are seeking two talented individuals to join our IT Risk Management team at Marsh Mc Lennan. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an IT Risk Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our information security strategy, ensuring the security of our company's and clients' data as it is stored, processed and transmitted.

We will count on you to:

Enable our businesses to properly evaluate and consider risk impacts within business decisions to accept risk to our IT systems and applications, by ensuring complete and accurate risk details within the global Cyber/ IT Risk Register;
Frequently communicate with risk owners to understand risks, ensure they are captured completely in the register, and ultimately support the management of risk by providing feedback on necessary outstanding tasks;
Prepare and provide reports to technology and business teams overdue risk notifications as a prompt for action to address registered IT risks;
Periodically report on approaching treatment deadlines to support the risk owners in the timely completion of approved remediation activities;

What you need to have:

Work regularly and consistently without direct supervision;
Attention to detail resulting in thorough and accurate task product;
Ability to consistently focus on the small aspects in a timely fashion;
Good written and verbal communication skills;

IT Risk Management experience, with audit experience an added advantage but not essential;
