Data Records Analyst with French- H/F/X

Responsibilities
Analyze existing documentation about business process
- Organization of workshops, preparation and drafting of CRs for workshops with stakeholders (business lines, compliance, legal, etc.)
- Define the list of records of its business process (from elements defined in the workshop)
- Analyze and challenge, if necessary, contradictory elements
- Define a retention period (from elements defined in the workshop)
- Support the deployment and management of the DRM Tools through:
ü Provide user support for the Data Records Management Tools
ü Input content of files into the Data Records Management Tools
ü Support users in getting started with the Data Records Management Tools
ü Monitoring of authorizations for the Data Records Management Tools
Profile required
- A very good level of French and English, both written and oral
- Strong expertise and experience in project coordination
- Data analysis
- MSOffice skills (Power Point, Excel),
- Experience in banking, compliance (Compliance), risk analysis is an advantage
- SG Group understanding / knowledge is an advantage
- Sense of precision, spirit of synthesis and ability to manage, exploit and return data
- Good oral and written communication, good relationship, team spirit
- Reactivity and proactivity, Perspective & strategic vision
- Perseverance, attention to detail
- Sense of precision, rigorous, autonomous, reactivity and proactivity, ability to manage priorities
- Good oral and written communication, ability to communicate at different level of the organization and different type of population
