Role Description:

As our new Service Intelligence Analyst you will

• Be part of the Data analytics team- providing insights / intelligence to help various collaborators make an informed decision and manage services.
  
• Work with people in many areas, Business and Tech across the globe
  
• Work on evolving framework and data sets, not on a steady set of data.
  
• Work with Snowflake, Tableau and Power BI
  

Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for ensuring that not only service stability exists within Data andamp; Analytics (Dandamp;A) infrastructures to meet current and future business demands, but also service continues to operate within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Work with Service Intelligence Data Engineers on developing, implementing and maintaining data collection systems for various data sources e.g. Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana (ELK) stack, Grafana, Data Dog, Cloud Health, Snowflake Data Warehouse
  
• Leverage data analysis/visualization tools e.g. Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop, Microsoft Power BI on service-related data sets to collaborate closely with various groups such as Development, Operations, and Product across the globe to
  

• Define key measures and set up appropriate monitoring to indicate service status
  
• Review the service status across infrastructures to assess risk levels, address issues with relevant teams, and progress open actions
  
• Analyze both client-level and system-level usage data and be able to provide insights and recommendations
  
• Provide regular reports to key partners to communicate the current status and drive actions to a timely closure
  

Required Skills:

• 3and#43; years experience in data visualization concepts and tools, with Tableau or Power BI
  
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages. SQL and Python are preferred.
  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
  
• Good communication in English (written and verbal) and good interpersonal skills required
