Overview: Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan that aligns with the overall program objectives.
• Coordinate the integration of deliverables from different project teams to ensure cohesive outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand integration requirements and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on integration progress.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrated solution meets the required standards.
• Identify integration risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Conduct regular reviews and testing to validate the integration of project components.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, methodologies and outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future integration projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the integration team.

Qualifications:

• English is the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Experience with integration platforms and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing complex integration projects.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution and risk management.
• Excellent analytical skills to understand complex systems and integration challenges.
• Ability to identify and resolve integration issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
