Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Director or Manager of Professional Services with a successful track record of building and managing a professional services team. The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise application integration or business process automation and experience in managing professional services for a software vendor or a technology consulting firm. The Manager of Professional Services will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of AI Studio across our client base, driving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a team of professional services consultants and Solution Architects to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Service Delivery: Oversee the implementation and execution of professional services projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all professional services engagements.
• Customer Success: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of AI Studio.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align professional services with overall company objectives and client needs.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a professional services or consulting role, with at least 2-3 years in a management or team lead position within the tech industry with the focus on enterprise application integration or business process automation.

• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling a professional services team in a remote multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and AI ecosystem is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Language: Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a multinational remote-work environment.
• Familiarity with the local market and business practices in Romania or Poland.
