We’re looking for an innovative and strategic Head of EHC Credit Analytics to lead our European Credit Risk Team at a time of growth and transformation. As a Head of EHC Credit Analytics, you will manage a team of credit analysts and a credit system lead, ensuring the development and execution of robust credit risk strategies, portfolio risk assessments, and maintaining efficient credit risk systems. The position plays a key part in strategic decision-making, credit risk monitoring, and enhancing the analytical capabilities of the credit risk function across Europe.


As the Head of Risk Analytics, you will:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of credit analysts
• Develop cutting-edge credit risk models and tools that shape strategic decisions
• Drive portfolio risk assessments, monitor emerging risks, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Europe to align risk strategy with business goals
• Ensure seamless integration of credit risk systems, enhancing reporting and decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee credit risk analysis, system optimization, and team development
• Provide actionable insights into portfolio performance, emerging risks, and strategic actions
• Innovate and improve credit risk processes and automation tools for better efficiency
• Be a trusted partner for senior management, driving risk mitigation strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in credit risk analytics including statistical modelling (logistic regression, decision trees), portfolio risk assessment and scenario analysis
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels C
• Advanced skills in managing and presenting complex data and analysis to non-technical audiences
• Strong knowledge of Home Credit business model
• Results-driven and able to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• 8+ years of experience in Credit risk management or credit risk analytics with at least 5 years in a people leadership role
