• Student or recent graduate of a Bachelor or Master program;
• Relevant communications, copywriting or marketing experience (including other internships, students association, volunteering in events organizing etc.) for minimum one year;
• Advanced communication skills, both written and oral;
• Very good English skills (verbal and written);
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point); Outlook and Share Point knowledge will be considered a plus;
• Willing to learn and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed;
• Curious, team player and a good listener;
• Proactive, responsible and with a sense of humor;
• Organized, stickler for accuracy, brands identity and sociable;

• Supporting the development and execution of communication deliverables, while managing timelines and working with relevant suppliers;
• Assist with updating the company intranet, crafting news articles and writing engaging posts for our internal social media platform
• Managing editorial calendar and compile information for the monthly reporting of the department's activity
• Internal Comms a EUR" helping us drive some really engaging employee projects related to our business, clients and Life@ING initiatives;
• Supporting the team at live events taking place in the headquarter office or external locations;
• Contribute to creating cool materials for some of our current campaigns (i.e. for channels like intranet, newsletters, TV screens).
• Taking over recurrent communication projects for various channels and being in charge of the entire process, from coming up with new ideas and bringing them to life to posting and answering potential questions from employees.
• Improving and automating existing processes and documents that make day-to-day activities easier to tackle.

Internship duration: maximum 720 hours / 6 months;

Work schedule: part-time, flexible work schedule; 1 day/week in the office.
