• Map the sales territory for ESAB’s flow business portfolio (filler metals, protective and welding equipment), understanding the customer base and competition.
• Focus on identifying and acquiring new customers.
• Develop and execute growth plans for priority direct accounts and distributors.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at direct accounts and distributors.
• Stay updated on ESAB’s product range and how it differentiates from competitors.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Manager, Product Managers and Demo Welder.
• Follow commercial processes, including CRM use and managing opportunities.

• Fluency in Romanian and English languages
• Experience in a related business (manufacturing, specifically within the welding field), 3 years in a related position as a technician or specialist
• Proven track record of market development and sales growth
• Strong foundation in sales practices
• Excellent negotiation skills
• High level of self-discipline and ability to work independently
• Autonomy in planning and executing tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time
• Driving license
